• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited metadata (e.g. the pack purchased) but never your full card number.

2. How We Use It

• To provide the Service: generate, narrate, render, and deliver your videos.
• To operate your account, process purchases, and provide support.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal Bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, to comply with law, and with your consent where required.

4. Sharing and Processors

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel for the website).
• AI and text-to-speech providers used to generate scripts and narration.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your content and account.

6. Your Rights
