Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zyng, a video-generation service that turns prompts, data files, and web applications into narrated videos (the “Service”), available at zyng.work and app.zyng.work. Zyng is operated by RAHUL GAUR IT CONSULTANCY (“Zyng”, “we”, “us”), a sole establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Economic Licence No. CN-6472103), with its registered office at The Arc B, 2102, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zyng generates narrated videos from inputs you provide, such as text prompts, uploaded data files (such as CSV, JSON, or spreadsheets), and URLs of web applications you are authorized to access. Generating a draft you can preview is free; refining a draft and rendering the finished video consume credits (see “Credits and Billing”).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits and Billing

• Finished (voiced) renders consume credits, measured in render-minutes of output video.
• Credits are sold as one-time top-ups. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Nothing is billed automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the videos you generate. You represent that you have the rights to your inputs and to drive or record any web application you point Zyng at. You agree not to use the Service to create or process content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates the rights or privacy of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the videos you create with the Service, subject to your rights in the underlying inputs. Zyng and its software, branding, and underlying technology remain our property. Free-tier output may include a “Made with Zyng” watermark.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and AI and text-to-speech providers used to generate scripts and narration. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Generated content may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
