Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident buying credits. This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellation work for Zyng, operated by RAHUL GAUR IT CONSULTANCY.

1. Free Tier

You can use Zyng’s free tier, including 8 free render-minutes, without entering payment details. There is nothing to cancel and no charge.

2. How Credits Work

• Credits are purchased as one-time top-ups and measured in render-minutes of finished video.
• There is no subscription and no recurring billing. We never charge you automatically.
• Generating a draft to preview is free. Refining a draft and rendering the finished video both consume credits.
• Credits do not expire.

3. Refunds

• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method.
• If a render fails due to a problem on our side, the credits for that render are automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits that have already been used to render videos are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

Because packs are one-time purchases, there is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; any eligible unused credits can be refunded under Section 3.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@zyng.work from your account email with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds promptly.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We’ll usually resolve it faster than a card dispute.
